Rent the function room
The Function Room of the Reykjavik Academy is located on the fourth floor and seats up to 60 people. The room is well suited to meetings and lectures and also makes a fine venue for banquets. The Function Room is particularly suitable for evening and weekend use, when there is little other activity in the premises. The room has access to a kitchen and the provision of extra tables can easily be arranged with the academy.

Rent, meetings and lectures: 10.000 isk
Rent, Academy members: 5.000 isk
Rent, banquets (according to size and type). Standard price is 20.000 isk.
Rent, video projection equipment: 5.000 isk per hour.

 

 

The Function Room renting rules:

1. Good manners must be observed.
2. The renter is responsible for cleaning and must leave the hall in the same condition in which it was provided.
3. There is a separate fee for chairs and tables and for the assistance of the janitor. The renter will take care of all arrangements.
4. Smoking is allowed only in the separate smoking room.
5. Payment is due not later than 2 weeks after use of the hall.
